These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) apply to purchases made through DrArsy.com (the “Site”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1) Company information

Dr. Arsy Corporation (“Dr. Arsy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Nevada company. Transactions on the Site are governed by Nevada and United States law.

2) Eligibility and permitted use

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal consent from a parent/guardian) to purchase from the Site

  • Products are for personal, non-commercial use only

  • Purchasing for resale, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited; we may cancel suspected resale orders

3) Product information

We work to keep product details accurate, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. However:

  • Minor differences may occur due to display settings or manufacturing updates

  • We may correct errors and update information at any time

  • If a pricing or availability error affects your order, we will contact you with options to proceed or cancel for a refund

Products and packaging may change over time. Changes do not affect confirmed orders unless a change is material, in which case we will provide options.

4) Orders and acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase

  • Orders are accepted when we send a shipment confirmation

  • We may refuse or cancel orders for reasons including inventory limits, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations

  • If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund

You are responsible for confirming that shipping and billing details are accurate at checkout.

5) Pricing, taxes, and payments

  • Prices are shown in USD

  • Taxes, shipping, and any applicable duties are calculated at checkout

  • Prices may change at any time, but changes do not apply to accepted orders

Payment methods may include major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

If payment authorization fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.

6) Shipping and delivery

Shipping availability, fees, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control

  • Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address

International orders may be subject to customs processing and import duties/taxes. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

7) Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8) Subscriptions (if offered)

If you enroll in a subscription:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method based on the delivery frequency you choose

  • You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription through your account settings

  • Changes apply to future orders and do not affect orders already processed

Cancellation timing: To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment date.

Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may retry for up to 7 days. If payment is not successfully processed, the subscription may be canceled.

We may update, pause, or discontinue subscription offerings with notice as required by law.

9) Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including text, images, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by Dr. Arsy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use the Site for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit Site content without written permission.

10) Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, products and the Site are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Dr. Arsy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, government actions, and other unforeseeable events. If this occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

13) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Nevada, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the most recent version. Continued purchases after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
